Why it matters

Investing in business visibility

Video has become central to how entrepreneurs launch products, introduce services, train teams and connect with their audiences. Yet a professional recording environment can be hard to reach for owners managing competing priorities and limited resources.

Community Content Day lets Non‑Profit organizations expand their existing business support initiatives by giving eligible members access to professional video recording studios.

It’s a meaningful investment in the businesses that strengthen our communities.

How the partnership works

01

Partnership Discovery

We discuss your program objectives, available funding, participation targets and agreement period.

02

Partnership Development

Together we set a total session commitment, often the number of businesses you’re mandated to support, and agree on the term, eligibility and usage limits.

03

Exclusive Member Booking Access

Your organization receives a unique booking code for eligible participants, with usage limits set to your program.

04

Reserved Community Days

Dedicated weekdays at our Whitby and Brampton studios, shared across partner communities. Members reserve 30-minute sessions on a first-come, first-served basis.

05

Studio Content Recording

Participants attend their sessions and record content using the agreed studio setup.

06

Monthly Participation Reporting

You receive a monthly summary of bookings, completed sessions, participating businesses and remaining sessions.

Rather than requiring the same number of bookings each month, each partnership sets one total session commitment over an agreed term, accommodating different funding commitments, delivery timelines and participant targets.

Reporting & accountability

Monthly Reporting

Monthly reports help you monitor engagement and the use of your allocated sessions, and can support your broader funding and activity reporting.

Participation

  • Sessions booked and completed
  • Unique participating businesses
  • Cancellations and missed appointments
  • Recording hours delivered

Allocation & Payments

  • Sessions used to date
  • Remaining session allocation
  • Payments received
  • Outstanding agreement balance

Where appropriate, participant feedback can add insight into how members use their recordings.

Preferred partnership pricing is available for validated Non‑Profit organizations.
