What's included

• Technical production: camera, lighting, audio and studio setup
• On-camera coaching: live pacing, emphasis and delivery guidance
• Teleprompter support: formatting, operation and presenter flow
• Light script adjustments: minor in-session edits and retakes

How it works

1. Prepare your scripts — the agency prepares and approves scripts and coordinates presenter availability.
2. Record with hands-on support — we manage camera, lighting, audio and teleprompter and coach on-camera delivery.
3. Receive raw footage — files are securely delivered within 2–4 business days of each session, excluding weekends and Ontario statutory holidays.

Recommendations

Share agency-approved scripts with the studio and presenter at least 24 hours before filming. We recommend a two-hour minimum booking and no more than about three recording hours per presenter per session.

Package terms

• Validity: Six months from the agreed activation date. Sessions subject to availability. Extensions require written approval; no automatic rollover.
• Payment: Prepaid before recording is confirmed. Credit cards accepted. Klarna available via invoice payment only. Contact us for instalments.
• Rescheduling: At least 72 hours' notice requested for routine changes; reasonable illness or emergency exceptions may be considered.
• Additional hours: Require advance approval and are billed at the applicable agency package rate, subject to availability.
• Cancellations and refunds: Governed by the signed agreement and applicable law, including remedies for studio nonperformance.
• Service scope: Agencies provide scripts and manage editorial decisions. Editing, extensive scriptwriting, off-session revisions and additional crew are quoted separately.
