There is no need for them to travel to an unfamiliar studio or adjust to an entirely new environment.

We begin with an in-person planning visit to the residence, coordinating with your family and the residence team to create a comfortable, respectful recording experience.

We learn about your loved one's life, the stories they'd like to share, and the people who will participate.

Our customized conversation prompts are designed to gently invite memories without pressure.

A story might begin with a childhood neighbourhood, a favourite song, a first job, or the moment they met someone who changed their life.

One memory may lead to another. A grandchild may discover something new. A family member may hear a familiar story in a different way.

And sometimes, the most meaningful moments are the quiet ones: a smile, a pause, or a shared look of recognition.

On recording day, our production team arrives approximately 90 minutes before the conversation to prepare the environment.

Family members are invited to arrive approximately 30 minutes before recording begins, giving everyone time to settle in.

We capture selected moments of connection as loved ones gather, followed by an approximately 90-minute filmed conversation, a short personal reflection, and a mini family photoshoot.

We work at a comfortable pace, allowing participants to pause, rest, or decline any question.

The experience honours not only the stories being told, but the person who lived them.

Your Complete Senior Living Home Recording Includes

• An in-person planning visit to the senior living residence
• Coordination with the family and residence team
• Customized, thoughtfully curated storytelling prompts
• An approximately 90-minute professionally filmed family conversation
• Professional camera, lighting, microphone and audio production
• Candid B-roll footage of the gathering and a short personal reflection
• A mini family photoshoot with five professionally edited photographs, selected from approximately 20 captured images
• A professionally edited keepsake film incorporating selected B-roll and suitable family photographs
• Digital delivery of the finished film and edited photographs
• A physical storage drive containing your completed film
• A five-hour on-location production reservation, including setup and takedown

The experience includes up to five recorded participants. An expanded group experience for six to ten recorded participants is available for an additional $350.

Your finished keepsake film is delivered approximately four weeks after recording, once all required materials have been received.

Recording is subject to residence approval and applicable facility policies. Appropriate consent will be obtained from everyone who may appear in the footage, and filming arrangements will respect the privacy of other residents, staff, and visitors.

Travel outside our standard service area may require an additional fee, confirmed before scheduling.
