Membership Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

The PodFlow Membership™ is designed to support consistent content creation, branded visibility, and long-term momentum through recurring weekly podcast recordings.

To maintain reserved studio scheduling and membership pricing, all membership subscriptions require a minimum 4-month commitment.

Cancellation Requests

After the minimum 4-month commitment has been completed, memberships may be canceled with a minimum of 30 days written notice submitted via email to:

Rescheduling & Missed Sessions

We understand that schedules shift from time to time.

If a member is unable to attend a scheduled weekly recording session, sessions may be rescheduled 48 hours before the session, within the current calendar month based on studio availability.

Examples may include:

• booking two sessions within the same week
• extending a future recording session into a 2-hour recording block
• adjusting recording times within the same month

To support membership flexibility, one unused session may be carried over with a written request submitted to:

Additional missed sessions beyond the approved carryover period will expire if not used within the active membership term.

Membership Terms

• Subscription payments continue during the 30-day notice period.
• Sessions must be used within the active membership term
• Rescheduled sessions are subject to studio availability
• No refunds will be issued for completed membership payments or unused sessions

Subscription pricing and scheduling availability are provided based on the agreed recurring commitment and reserved studio production time.

Perspective Studio Productions is located at:

101 1/2 Mary St. West, Whitby, Ontario

Studio entrance is located behind the building through the Byron Street Parking Lot #3. Look for the studio door with the white circular logo on the window.

Parking Rates

• Monday–Friday (9AM–6PM): $1.10/hour
• Saturday & Sunday: Free
